Most running injuries include a running analysis. If you are not injured, you can come in for a video analysis in order to improve your running form.
Video analysis includes, two 30 min sessions, one to record your form and have you watch your form for corrections, and the second session to review the video and further correct your faults. $200 for both sessions.
Our approach to analyzing a runner’s form is multifaceted:
• We look at your posture, range of motion and strength for muscle imbalances or faults that may affect the way you run.
• We perform a foot and ankle assessment to look at rear and forefoot alignment.
• We use video analysis to look at the dynamic issues that may be affecting your form, such as the positioning of your hips, knees, pelvis and spine.
Deficiencies in any of these areas can affect the efficiency of your form. We can help you develop an approach to reduce and help eliminate your faults, and achieve your running goals.
We address all running pathologies. Some of the most common include hip pain, patella-femoral pain, muscle strains, shin splints, Achilles tendonitis, and plantar fasciitis.
If you do not have any pain, but feel you may have deficits preventing you from increasing your distance or speed, we can help with this too.
